Advisory & assistance

You remain the project owner. We supply the technical judgement.

ODYNEA works on the client's side of the table. We do not sell the solution we then recommend — which is precisely what makes the recommendation worth something.

01 Study and advisory

Decide with evidence, before committing budget.

Technology advisory that helps you adopt solutions genuinely suited to your needs, measured against proven practice rather than vendor enthusiasm.

  • Technology watch — benchmarking and state of the art
  • Requirements definition
  • Analysis of the existing estate, with an assessment of what can be improved
  • Feasibility study — technical validation and budget estimation across scenarios
  • Architecture selection, and coherence with the systems already in place
  • Impact analysis of new solutions on the existing ecosystem

Specification and tender

A specification is the shared contractual reference between you and your supplier, and the basis of any credible cost estimate. It rarely receives the care that design and build receive, and the project pays for that later. We translate your requirements into technical terms, break the scope into lots that match how the market is actually organised, and formalise the terms of reference.

At award stage we analyse the technical content of each bid: evaluation grids built on your criteria, weightings discussed and agreed before scoring — the ranking is highly sensitive to them — and each offer taken apart into its components. We work under strict impartiality and confidentiality. The final word remains yours.

02 Delivery assistance

Verify that what arrives is what was specified.

  1. Delivery validation

Consistency of the delivery with the specification, integrity of what was supplied, and formal reporting of any anomaly, non-conformity, delivery error or missing component.

  2. Architecture validation

Review of the proposed architecture, its coherence with the existing estate, and certification that it is free of any single point of failure — assessed against security, availability, extensibility, operability and maintainability.

  3. Good practice

Identification of the most appropriate practice for each technical aspect, combined with the vendor's own recommendations, and issued to you as explicit recommendations.

  4. Deliverable validation

Without documented architecture, implementation and operating procedures, a project loses its coherence as soon as the people change. Good documentation is what protects the initial investment.

03 Implementation assistance

From acceptance testing to full production.

Technical acceptance and qualification

Our role covers the technical acceptance — the non-functional characteristics of what has been delivered: validating the integrator's acceptance dossier, proposing the additional tests we judge necessary, validating test scenarios, checking compliance with the architecture requirements, running operability tests against the specification, and performance testing.

Production rollout

  • Validation of the production rollout plan
  • Design of the rollback plan
  • Assistance during pilot-site deployment
  • Assistance through generalised deployment across production
  • Supervision of environment health after deployment

Review and return on investment

Every project accumulates experience worth keeping. A closing review lets all participants see the obstacles encountered and the corrective measures taken, and gives an honest measure of how the team's own capability has grown.

04 Business continuity

Owning a recovery site is not the same as having a plan.

Many Moroccan organisations have invested in standby infrastructure. Far fewer hold a continuity plan that is properly formalised, tested on a schedule and maintained. The gap only becomes visible on the day it matters.

  1. Design, formalisation and testing

Interviews with each activity owner, classification of critical activities, a specification drawn from it, then continuity plans written and validated before being put to the test. Where a plan already exists, we assess how well it answers the needs of the business. We also help define a crisis management structure with general management and the business divisions.

  2. Regular testing and maintenance

Recovery sites are usually remote and the plan is usually forgotten. We build the test calendar, run the simulated activations, and keep the plan updated as the estate changes.

  3. Recovery data management

A great many organisations hold untested backups or unverified replication, and discover it on the day of the disaster. We take on day-to-day management of recovery data: validation of replication, remote daily and on-site weekly monitoring, restoration to the previous day's state, and regular reporting.

  4. Assistance during a real activation

Triggering a continuity plan for real is neither light nor straightforward. It involves management, response teams and business stakeholders at once, and technical problems appear that no plan anticipated. We provide exceptional assistance during a genuine activation, so your teams execute the fallback while holding to their service commitments.

05 Training

Training, workshops and skills transfer.

Vendor-level modules at every level, pitched to how prepared your teams already are and how deep you want to go.

01

Containers and orchestration

Docker · Kubernetes administration · Helm · cluster networking · multi-tenant isolation

02

Automation and delivery

Git · Ansible · CI/CD pipelines · GitOps deployment · container registries and supply-chain control

03

Operations and resilience

Linux administration · observability and alerting · incident response · backup, replication and restore testing

Alongside formal training we run tailored workshops — on operating the products you already own, and on what has changed in them — and dedicated skills-transfer sessions aimed at the operational problems your teams actually face.

06 Operations and support

Once it is in service.

01

Managed operations

Day-to-day operation of your infrastructure and platforms, so that daily performance and availability are somebody's explicit responsibility.

02

Technical support

Support by email and telephone, VPN access to the platform for diagnosis, and attendance on site where the problem requires it.

03

Service days

A block of consulting days purchased in advance and scheduled across the year as needs arise.

Also available

  • Monitoring and supervision
  • Performance testing campaigns
  • Technical audit
  • Tuning and performance optimisation
  • Solution deployment and integration
  • Placement of technical resources

Engagements are available on a time-and-materials basis for specific needs, or at a fixed price for integration and deployment. Packages can be assembled to match what you actually need.

07 Track record

The projects we are built for.

  • Design and build of container platforms — orchestration, networking, storage, registry
  • Migration of existing applications onto a managed Kubernetes platform
  • Architecture redesign for availability, isolation and scale
  • Establishing CI/CD and GitOps delivery where deployment was manual
  • Observability programmes — metrics, alerting and on-call that actually fires
  • Technical audit, performance testing and tuning
  • Business continuity and disaster recovery programmes
  • Sovereign hosting projects with data residency constraints
