How ODYNEA handles personal data on this website and in the products it publishes.
Scope note. This policy covers the odynea.net corporate website and applications distributed through public application stores. Our enterprise products — Valendir, Hisn and AI Data Defence — process client data under the contract and data-processing agreement signed with each client, which take precedence over this document.

What odynea.net collects
This website does not use cookies, does not run analytics or advertising scripts, does not load resources from third-party servers, and does not ask visitors to create an account or submit a form. It runs no JavaScript.
The site is served through Cloudflare, which as hosting and network provider processes technical connection data — IP address, browser type, time of request — in order to deliver the site and protect it against attack. That processing is carried out by Cloudflare under its own terms.
If you write to us
When you write to one of the addresses published on this site, we receive the content of your message together with your email address. We use it only to answer you, and we retain the correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and to meet our record-keeping obligations. We do not use these addresses for marketing, and we do not sell or share them.
Applications we publish
Applications published by ODYNEA through public application stores, including the Microsoft Store, process data locally on the user's device. Documents, settings and other content created by the user remain on that device or in a location the user chooses.
These applications do not transmit personal data to ODYNEA, do not embed third-party analytics or advertising software, and do not require an account in order to be used. Where an application needs a system permission in order to function — access to files, for example — that permission is requested by the operating system and may be refused or withdrawn at any time through the system settings.
If a future application collects, transmits or stores user data, this section must be amended to describe that accurately before the application is published.
Age
Our website and applications are not directed at children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data relating to them.
Access, correction and erasure
Under Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and — where it applies to you — under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, or object to its processing.
Write to privacy@odynea.net. We respond within one month. If you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Moroccan CNDP — the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel — or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
